The vision of Ruth Care and Development Association (RCDA) is to build a Christ centered loving church based on serving the community, helping the disadvantaged families and caring for the elderly.
In achieving this grand vision, RCDA established many social services for the community including:

- Book reading club
- English lessons
- Evergreen club for the elderly
- Hope Cafe
- Music lessons
- Praise dancing
- Summer and winter camps
- Women’s choir
- Youth library
